Cancellation & Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for unopened products within 10 days after delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will promptly mail you a new item as an exchange if it is due to an error by our company or the postal service, as follows

- If you receive a different product from the one you ordered.
- If the product is damaged, stained, or missing due to the shipping process.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges at their convenience.

Examples of cases in which we cannot accept returns

- If the product has been damaged by the customer.
- If you wish to return an item because it is not what you imagined, even though it clearly shows signs of use. (except for defective products)
- If the customer has ordered a large quantity of products and wishes to return them for reasons other than defective products or wrong products, which can be judged as an act of obstruction of business.

Return shipping cost

- If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, the customer is responsible.
- Customer's responsibility: If the product is different from the image, etc., for the customer's convenience.

About defective products

We take great care in managing our products, but if you find any defective products, please let us know. However, if you find a defective product, please let us know and we will replace it with a good product or refund your money upon request.
